“A well-tied tie is the first serious step in life.” – Oscar Wilde

My name is John Mitchell and I founded John Isaacs Clothing back when I moved to Gainesville in 2008. I have always had a love for clothing, fashion, and design; and that combined with skills in marketing, advertising, and salesmanship have led me to the creation of John Isaacs Clothing. I have built this company on the philosophy of providing each client with high quality clothing and outstanding service. It is my job as a clothier to make all my clients look and feel great in their places of work and in their casual life.

The ultimate goal of John Isaacs Clothing is to personally take care of the clothing needs and desires of all my clients and to make them feel as fantastic as they look. Feeling confident is a huge factor in succeeding in the work place, so if I can help a client feel that way through their clothing, I will do everything in my power to do so. I want to provide everyone with great clothing at a fair price and provide a service that will bring value to their lives.

What’s in a name?  A Lot!  The name John Isaacs is a tribute to the two men who influenced my life the most. My Grandfather, Isaac and my father John, the man I am named after. Both men were sartorially savvy; but more importantly, they both taught me the lessons that have made me the person I am today. I am very grateful for both, and felt that the name was a fitting tribute to them as they have both passed away.

In the last 12 years of business, I have strived to support our community in every way possible. Each year John Isaacs Clothing donates to major charities such as Tylers Hope, March of Dimes, etc. I believe that as a business owner, it is a crucial part of my job to give back to the community that gives so much to me. As a company, John Isaacs Clothing has attended countless events throughout the Gainesville area including: Taste of Gainesville, Tyler's Hope charity events, Gainesville's: Best of the Best Awards, and so many more.
